Operate and maintain ground station subsystems providing required support whenever necessary. Provide ground station hosting services, RF technical support and operation capabilities for different satellites and antennae. Operate and maintain the VSAT terminal and/or Hub subsystems and resolve issues related to antenna and RF subsystem. Provide technical support for clients and undertake routine inspections for ground station systems as part of both preventative and corrective maintenance. At least two years experience in installation, operation and maintenance of VSAT terminal and/or Hub equipment . Established proficiency in Basic VSAT networks concepts, network architecture, access schemes and data networking with working knowledge of satellite communications, antenna alignment and network troubleshooting.
